 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Understandably, sometimes things don't work out as planned. Whether it’s a change of heart or a change in style, ViCES is here to facilitate a hassle-free return process.

  • Returns need to be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unaltered, unwashed, and complete with tags and packaging.
  • Please note, return shipping costs are not covered by Vices.
FOR RETURNS:

To initiate a return, click here for step-by-step instructions and everything you need to proceed. For your security, we recommend using a reputable courier and opting for a tracked service. Once received and processed, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Please note, ViCES reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy.

FOR EXCHANGES:

At ViCES, we’re all about making sure you get the perfect fit and style. Here’s how we handle exchanges:

  • Size Exchanges: If you need a different size, we offer a straight exchange. Simply return the original item, and we'll send you the new size.
  • Product Exchanges: Want to switch to a different item? If the new item is of lesser value, we'll issue you store credit for the difference. If it's more expensive, we'll provide instructions for paying the balance.
